Well before Christmas we start preparing our festive summer treat. Dried fruits are put in brandy to soak until they’re plump & juicy.

Chocolate & coffee are added to ice cream and mixed with the fruits along with glace cherries.

Perfect for your Christmas table. Add fresh berries and/or berry coulis for festive vibes.

Available by the scoop or ready to go wrapped like a traditional pudding.
